Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully before making your deposit.

This contract is between Incredible Indian Tours and you (all persons named on the booking). The person making the booking (which is subject to these terms) warrants that they have full authority to do so on behalf of all persons named, and confirms that all persons on the booking are aware of and accept these conditions:

Following your booking on an Incredible Indian Tours holiday we will send you confirmation. You will be required to make a deposit payment of US$1000 for group tours or 25% of total booking for private tours to Incredible Indian Tours within 30 days of receiving the confirmation. Failure to pay the deposit within 30 days will cancel the booking and make your seat available to others. Full payment for the trip is due 60 days prior to the tour start date. Booking made less than 60 days prior to the tour start date will require full payment following confirmation. If you do not pay the balance of your tour cost by 60 days before departure your booking will be terminated and you will lose your deposit. Bookings made less than 30 days prior to the tour departure date may incur a late booking fee.

During Christmas, New Year and Diwali, tours may have an extra premium added for additional hotel charges. Full payment for tours including this period is required 90 days prior to departure and cancellation less than 90 days will incur loss of full payment.

Tour Inclusions
Each Incredible Indian Tours Trip has different inclusions. Please read the Itinerary and Tour Dossier fully before making any bookings. We do not always include all site entrance fees to allow you the freedom to choose. A list of these approximate costs is available on request.

Cancellation By You
Should you choose to cancel a booking, please notify Incredible Indian Tours in writing or by email. Verbal notification or an intention to cancel is not sufficient.

The following cancellation fees apply to all Incredible Indian Tours trips:
– Cancellation received before 60 days prior to departure – loss of deposit.
– Cancellation received within 60 to 31 days prior to departure – loss of 50 % tour cost
– Cancellation received within 30 days priors to departure – no refund.
No refund or part refund will be made should you voluntarily leave early or choose not to partake in any part of the tour.

Cancellation By Incredible Indian Tours
Please note that all Incredible Indian Tours need a minimum of 4 passengers to run. In the event that Incredible Indian Tours cancels a tour, notification will be given no less than 60 days before the departure date of the trip. Incredible Indian Tours reserves the right to cancel the trip if minimum participant requirement is not met. Incredible Indian Tours will then return all money paid for the trip. Incredible Indian Tours is not liable for any other incidental costs paid by you, including non-refundable flight tickets, visas, or vaccinations. Incredible Indian Tours will not be liable for any loss of enjoyment due to cancellation. Please note this excludes cancellations due to incidents and conditions outside Incredible Indian Tours control such as war, natural disaster, political instability, global pandemic, or accident. In such an event Incredible Indian Tours will return no money but we will assist in any way to help you make a claim on your travel insurance.

Travel Documents
All nationalities generally require a visa for travel to India, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Burma. It is your responsibility to obtain all valid documents. Please do not apply too early, as Indian visas are valid from the date of issue. Please leave a photocopy of all documents at home as it will assist if replacements are required. Nepalese visa's are usually obtainable upon arrival however check relevant Nepal Embassy websites beforehand as requirements can change. Sri Lanka and Burma issue E-Visas online valid for one month of travel. Please contact us for more details. 

NB: If travelling with us to Bhutan, we will arrange your visa on your behalf

It is a condition of participating in an Incredible Indian Tours group tour for each traveller to hold travel insurance for the duration of the trip. Insurance must include comprehensive medical and emergency evacuation. We also recommend that it includes cancellation, curtailment and baggage cover. Please carry your travel insurance document with you as a company representative will check the details on arrival at the starting point hotel. We will require a policy number and 24-hour emergency contact number.

Next of Kin contact
It is a condition of participating in a Incredible Indian Tours trip for each traveller to supply next of kin contact information in case of any medical issues or emergency. This information will be requested via a Tour Passenger Information Form, sent to the traveller around 2 months prior to the tour date.

Personal Responsibility
Due to the nature of the style and locations that Incredible Indian Tours operate in, Incredible Indian Tours and their guides, leaders, and support staff do not accept responsibility for any loss, injury, illness, damage, accident, fatality, delay or inconvenience experienced from time of departure to time of return arising out of any such tour organised by Incredible Indian Tours. Incredible Indian Tours reserve the right to alter, re-route and shorten any itinerary due to safety reasons. Any extra cost incurred will be charged to you if the reason is outside the control of Incredible Indian Tours.

Please read the participation agreement below
“I understand that travelling with Incredible Indian Tours may widen my horizons but by widening my horizons I am putting myself at greater risks above and beyond those I might encounter in other regions of the world or on a package holiday. I understand that I am undertaking a journey with inherent dangers. I understand that I am travelling to regions of the world where, the standard of development of cleanliness, hygiene, accommodation, transport, safety, medical facilities, telecommunication and infrastructure may not be of the standard I am used to in my home country. I have read and understood all Incredible Indian Tours notes for the trip and travel in this region. I have provided details of any pre-existing medical conditions to an Incredible Indian Tours representative. I accept these risks and obligations and I fully assume the risks of travel. I release Incredible Indian Tours from any liabilities connected to these risks to the maximum extent permitted by law.”

Acceptance of Conditions
By payment of your booking deposit you agree to the terms and conditions and have read and agree with the participation agreement.
